Ishita is an extremely talented designer, without a doubt. But what makes it easy to collaborate with her is that she gives space to consider multiple approaches and ideas, which is crucial for me as a Content Designer. She knows how to get the best out of everyone without putting pressure on them and this easygoing demeanor makes working with her an immensely rewarding process.
